Obituary of Wallace Smith

Wallace Smith 99, of Bridgewater, passed away June 7, 2009 in the Hill Side Pines Home for Special Care. Bridgewater. Born in Hemford, Lunenburg County, he was a son of the late Annis and Ruby (Wagner) Smith. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by his wife, Gladys (Crouse), numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Ray, Arthur, Roy in infancy; sister, Freda Uhlman. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. A memorial service will be held 1:30pm Thursday in the Bridgewater Baptist Church, Rev Eric Campbell and Rev Sarah Scott officiating. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Hill Side Pines Home for Special Care or the New Bridgewater Baptist Church Building Fund.
