Obituary of Kathleen Ruth Teal

Kathleen Ruth Teal (Rhyno) 87, of Bridgewater, formerly of Broad Cove, Lunenburg County, passed away August 27, 2009 at the Hillside Pines, Bridgewater. Born in Charlston, Queens County, she was the daughter of the late E. Rhyno and Cassie (Nauss) Lohnes and stepfather Charles Lohnes. She is survived by 3 sons, Kenneth (Sharon), Sackville; Douglas (Marlene) and Laurie (Dianne), both of Bridgewater; a daughter Sheila, (Wayne) Tanner, Beaverbank; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brothers, Everdeen “Buster” (Myrtle) Lohnes and Ralston (Florence) Lohnes. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis (Clark) Teal; son, Chester Teal; granddaughter, Ruth Fralic; sister, Eleanor Carey. Visitation will be held Sunday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 2pm Monday. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater.
