Obituary of Larissa Shelby-Tam Wile

Larissa Shelby-Tam Wile It is with great sadness that the family of infant Larissa Shelby-Tam Wile, of Stanley Section, announce her passing on Thursday, June 18, 2009, in the IWK Health Centre NICU, Halifax. Born in Halifax on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, she was the precious daughter of Jonathan Wayne and Tracy Lee (Smith) Wile. Five long years of waiting and we were finally blessed with Larissa; she gave us love, hope, joy, excitement and happiness in just a short time of her life, however our little girl was taken from us way too early, she was a blessing; she put smiles on our hearts and completed our life. We will forever treasure her in our hearts. Larissa, we will love you forever, you are our special little girl, an angel forever. Surviving are her grandparents, Wayne and Alice Wile, Stanley Section; David and Sherry Smith, Bridgewater; Diane and Ricky Weagle, Bridgewater; great-grandfathers, Donald Dorey, Bridgewater; Russell Wile, Stanley Section; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Special thanks to Dr. Lyn MacLeod, Dr. Mike vandenHof, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit staff; Shelley, Clinical Nurse Specialist; Tim Kaiser, RN; Gisele, social worker; Katie, Chaplain; all the special nurses on 7A prenatal special care unit, especially Jesslyn and anyone else we may have missed at the IWK Health Centre. Special thanks to our wonderful family and friends who we could not do without. A private Service of Remembrance will be held in Sweeny's Funeral Home, New Germany, Rev.
