Obituary of Lawrence William Wile

Lawrence William "Laurie" Wile 86, of Midville Branch, Lunenburg County, passed away on May 6, 2009 in the Rosedale Home For Special Care, New Germany. Born in Midville Branch, he was the son of the late William and Espah (Veinot) Wile. He is survived by his son, Roland (Susan), Chester; daughter, Irene (James) MacKay, New Canada; grandson, Rick (Patty) Wile, Pine Grove; 2 step grandchildren, Tim MacKay, Wolfville; Natalie MacKay, Milton, Ont.; step great grandchildren, Travis and Tashina MacKay, both of Cambridge; Tristan Crouse, Pine Grove; sister, Beatrice Veinot, Midville Branch. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Myrna Louise Dorey; grandsons, David Wile, Roland Conrad; brothers, Stewart, Ralph, Clayton, Richard; sister, Kathleen Hebb; son-in-law Ervin Conrad. Visitation will be held Friday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, Rev Eric Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Midville Branch Cemetery. Family flowers only.
