Obituary of George Murray Croft

George Murray Croft 86, Hebbs Cross, Lunenburg County, passed away Sunday December 12, 2010 in the Q E II Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Allen and Elsie (Weagle) Croft. He is survived by his wife, Marion (Joudrey); daughter, Valerie Connick, Bridgewater; son Donald, at home; grandsons, Stephen (Melissa) Connick, Lower Sackville; Matthew Connick, Bridgewater; brother, Archie Croft, Hebbs Cross; half sister, Lettie (Lloyd) Conrad, Bridgewater. He was predeceased by brothers, Roy, Gordon, Raymond and Harold. A memorial service will be held 11am Thursday December 16 in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Private family burial will follow in the Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery, Camperdown. No flowers or visitation by request.
