Obituary of Burton Basil Langille

Burton Basil Langille 61 of Oakhill Lunenburg Co., passed away Saturday 23 October 2010 at home. Born in New Germany, he was a son of the late Oran and Alice “Cecil” (Mader) Langille. Burton is survived by his daughter Kayla (Jr. Stoodley) Langille, Halifax; son Shane Langille, Vancouver, B.C.; sisters Viola Garber, Baker Settlement; Diane Zwicker, Bridgewater; brothers Frankie (Dolly), Chester Basin; Wendell (Norma), Coleburg, Ontario; grandson Kaisen Stoodley along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Fenton. A public graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday 28 October in Epworth Cemetery, New Germany, Rev. Dale Gray officiating. There will be no visitation in the funeral home by request. Family flowers only, please. Memory donations in Burton’s memory may be made to the I.W.K. or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
