Obituary of N. Grace MacKay

N. Grace MacKay 102, New Germany, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia, where she had been residing. Born in Union Square, she was a daughter of the late Amos and Lavenia (Oickle) Ernst. Surviving are daughters, Mary Ritcey, New Germany; Arlene (Ronald) Seamone, Stanley Section; Helen Ernst, Blockhouse; sister, Maude Ernst, Union Square; 7 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Ira and 12 siblings. Visitation, 7 – 9 p.m. Thursday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral 2 p.m. Friday in St. John in the Wilderness Anglican Church, New Germany. Rev. Juanita Barteaux officiating. Burial will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, New Germany.
