Obituary of Muriel Sarty

Muriel Martha Sarty 86, of Middlewood, Lunenburg County, died July 1, 2001 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Middlewood, she was a daughter of the late Alonzo and Lillian (Weagle) Bollivar. Surviving are sons, Trevor, Italy Cross and Wayne of Middlewood; daughter Annette Saunders of Middlewood; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Judson Bollivar and Ivan Bollivar, both of Middlewood; sisters, Celia Bollivar and Annie McInnis, both of Halifax; Lela Bollivar, Dartmouth. She was predeceased by her husband Calvin; brothers, Alonzo Jr., Burton, Frank and Merle. Visitation will be held from 7-9pm Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held at 2pm Wednesday at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Middlewood, Pastor Don Conrad officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Lutheran Church Cemetery, Middlewood. Family flowers only, memorial donations can be made to the Calvary Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund, Middlewood or charity of choice.
