Obituary of Celia Idella Spittle

Celia Idella Spittle 96 of Cherry Hill, Lunenburg Co., passed away Wednesday 5 May 2010 in Queen’s Manor for Special Care, Liverpool. Born in Cherry Hill, she was the daughter of the late George and Rachael (Conrad) Bowers. In her teen years Celia moved with her family to Gloucester, Massachusetts where she meet her husband David. Together they owned and operated a restaurant. After their retirement they moved back to Nova Scotia. She is survived by her nephew George (Jacqueline) Smith, New Bedford Massachusetts; niece Marlene (Ronald) Renaud, Tampa Florida. Celia was predeceased by husband David. Visitation will be held 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., Sunday 9 May in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. A public graveside service will be held 11am Monday 10 May in the Mayflower Cemetery, Cherry Hill, Rev.
