Obituary of Jean Myrtle Wagner

Jean Myrtle Wagner 86, Bridgewater, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at The Ridgewood Assisted Living Retirement Facility. Born in Upper Northfield, she was a daughter of the late Perlie and Janet (Bruhm) Fancey. Surviving are her sons, Dwight (Sharon), Weymouth; Troy, Halifax; daughters, Gloria (Douglas) Barkhouse, Hubbards; Valerie (Thomas) Drennan, Bridgewater; 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; brother, Earl (Goldie) Fancey, Walden; sister, Lillian Joudrey, Upper Cornwall; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice Henley Wagner. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Public graveside service 2 p.m. Monday, May 10, in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Rev. Paul Jensen officiating. Family flowers only, donations to the charity of your choice. The family wishes to express special thanks to Dr Gandhi and Dr.Abriel, and the staff at the Ridgewood for their service that went far beyond measure. A most heartfelt thanks goes out to Carolyn Veinot who had been mom's main caregiver over the last few months. Her care for mom was amazing. Special thanks also goes to Roma Corkum, Marg Frier, and Martha Hogenson who filled in admirably for Carolyn on her days away. The services provided by VON, Home Care, and Palliative Care Nurse-Irene Hirtle- also requires an expression of the family's deep gratitude. May you all be greatly blessed.
