Obituary of Donald Victor Weldon

Donald Victor Weldon 91, of Branch LaHave, Lunenburg County, passed away February 13, 2010 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Kings County, he was a son of the late Thomas and Ruth (Kinsman) Weldon. He is survived by sons, Terry (Ina), Branch LaHave; George, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Christine (Bryce) Veinotte, Lower Northfield; Annette Spindler, Mahone Bay; Andrew (Alexandra) Weldon, New Germany; Shea-Lynn Weldon, Liverpool; Ceilidh Weldon, NB; great grandchildren, Alexander and Bronson Veinotte; Liam Spindler and Andrew “Drew” Weldon; brother, Carl, New Brunswick. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth (Hirtle); brothers, Harris, Ralph, Lloyd. A memorial service will be held Saturday February, 20 at 1:30pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater, Rev William Gustafson officiating. Burial will be in St James Lutheran Church Cemetery, Branch LaHave at a later date. No flowers or visitation by request.
