Obituary of Sylvia Martha Wile

Sylvia Martha Wile 74, Midville Branch. On this beautiful sunny March morning, I am thankful for the privilege of writing my obituary. I was born in Chelsea on March 31, 1936, to a loving Mom and Dad, Mildred and Livingstone Bolivar. My siblings are, Faye (Sonny, deceased) Joudrey; Doug (Marion); Midge (Bonnie); Temple (Kaye, deceased); Judy (George) Jensen; lots of nieces and nephews and special uncle Wilton and his helpmate, Diane. Then Rob came into my life in 1954 and we were married in 1955. Most folks feel that all we did was work, but we really enjoyed working side by side on our farm. We slowed down a bit, but Judy and George picked up the slack. Of course, with Rob came in-laws, Ozzie (Joyce); Roy and Roderick, deceased. I am also survived by our chosen granddaughter, Debbie Langille; daughter of Charles and Cindy. Then there’s our host of dear friends who are our extended family and who gave their all to help us through these past months. I’m counting on you all to give Rob the support he will need in the difficult months ahead. No visitation, flowers or reception by request. Funeral will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 26 in All Saints Lutheran Church, Newcombville. Rev. Jim Anderson and Rev. Patrick Morris officiating. Burial to follow in Midville Branch Cemetery, Midville Branch. If you chose to make a donation in my memory, charities that are close to my heart are All Saints Lutheran Church Sunday School Fund or Youth Fund or any charity that will benefit children. Arrangements entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater, where on-line condolences may be made by visiting www.sweenysfuneralhome.com.
