Obituary of Victor Vincent D'Eon

Victor Vincent D'Eon 83, Bridgewater, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2011 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Upper West Pubnico, he was a son of the late Alfred and Evangeline (Surette) D’Eon. Surviving are daughters, Annette d’Eon, Halifax; Janet D’Eon (Michael Morrow), Toronto; son, Paul, Bridgewater; sisters, Anne d’Entremont (Jean Bernard), Jeanne D’Eon, all of West Pubnico; brothers, Camille D’Eon, Lucien (Berthe) D’Eon, Flavien (Jeannine) D’Eon, all of West Pubnico; Philip (Noreen) D’Eon, Amherstview, Ont.; grandchildren, Tiffany d’Eon, Dominique d’Eon, Zacharie d’Eon, Amelie Morrow, Bradley Sullivan; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife, the former, Sheila Cathleen Brine; sister, Juliette in infancy; brother, Leon. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater with prayers at 7 p.m. Funeral mass 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Bridgewater. Father Joe Christensen officiating. Private family burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Bridgewater.
