Obituary of Bernice Arlene Daniels

Bernice Arlene Daniels 86, North River, Lunenburg Co., passed away suddenly at home with her family by her side on Friday, July 29, 2011. Born in North River on September 11, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Cora (Acker) Daniels. Surviving are her husband, Roger Vincent Daniels, North River; daughter, Paulette (Kevin) Hirtle, North River; son, George Greek, Barss Corner; Tony (Marilyn) Daniels and Carl Daniels, all of North River; sister, Gertrude Robar, North River; brother, Reginald (Mildred) Daniels, North River; 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 8 siblings, 2 great grandsons. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today, Monday, August 1, in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North River. Rev. David Whynot officiating with private family burial to follow in the church cemetery.
