Obituary of Nellie Pauline Feindel

Nellie Pauline Feindel 91, of Bridgewater went to be with her husband Donnie with which they spent 67 years together on July 2, 2011 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Maitland, she was a daughter of the late Archie and Muriel (Barry) Barry. Nellie was truly devoted to the well-being of her family and was recognized by one and all for her special talent in the kitchen. She had many special qualities and was loved dearly by her family. Her grandchildren brought her tremendous joy. She was employed and very much appreciated at Ernst Credit Jewelers in Bridgewater for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Tanner, Bridgewater; sons, Bob (Bonnie), Cole Harbour; Gary (Wendy), Brooklyn, Queens County; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Henry Barry, Bridgewater; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Donald “Donnie”; sisters, Helen Seamone; Isabel Barry, 2 sisters in infancy; brothers, Cecil, Eric, George, Kenneth, Sidney and Lloyd. A public graveside service will be held 11am Thursday July 7, 2011 in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, Rev Ivan Norton officiating. A reception will follow the service at the Bridgewater United Church C. E. Center. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Memorial donations may be made to the Bridgewater United Church, South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater or the charity of your choice.
