Obituary of Byron Ralph Hirtle

Byron Ralph Hirtle 81, of Dublin Shore, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, July 28, 2011 at home. Born on Hirtle’s Island, he was a son of the late James Ralph and Mae (Powers) Hirtle He is survived by his wife Diane (Rafuse); sons, Brian (Wendy) and Bertram (LeAnne), all of Dublin Shore; Blaine (Yetta), Barrington; grandchildren, Dana, Bryce, Connor, Sydney, Brett; brothers, Mansfield (Ula), West Dublin; Gilbert (Ola), Dublin Shore. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Janelle Dawn; sisters, Izah, Marjorie, 2 sisters in infancy and a brother in infancy. Visitation will be held Saturday July 30 from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2pm Sunday July 31 in Knox Presbyterian Church, Dublin Shore, Rev Laurence Mawhinney officiating. Private family burial will follow in the Old English Cemetery, Dublin Shore. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Knox Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice.
