Obituary of Margaret M. Meisner

Margaret M. Meisner October 24, 1919 – September 12, 2011. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret M. Meisner (Bolivar) of Drumlin Hills, Bridgewater, formerly of Chelsea, at the South Shore Regional Hospital on Monday, September 12th. Born in Waterloo, she was the youngest of five children of the late G. Austin and Janetta Bolivar. She was predeceased by husband K. Randall and eldest daughter, Althea Henley, brother, Carroll; sisters Leda Crouse, Viola Crouse and Gladys Zwicker. Margaret is survived by daughters Joan P. Fancy, Halifax and Sherrie (Joey) Wessell, Chelsea, grandchildren, Neil (Yoshino) Henley, Japan, Deanna (Kevin Nowe) Henley, Conquerall Mills, Brett (Carrie) Henley, Oakhill, Danica (Barry Cummings) Henley, New Zealand, Lisa Fancy (Gerald Schmidt), Halifax, Jody Wessell, Chelsea and Stacy (Dwayne Brown) Wessell, Chelsea; great grandchildren, Kaden Cummings, New Zealand, Chelsea Henley, Oakhill, step great grandchild Shawna Henderson, New Brunswick. Visitation at Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater Wednesday, Sept.14 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2pm Thursday September 15 at the Chelsea United Baptist Church, Pastor Angela Stewart officiating and committal will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Chelsea & District Fire Hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the church, Cenotaph fund, Bible Society or any charity of your choice. A hard working, devoted wife, mother, grand mother and great grandmother and a friend to many.
