Obituary of Marion Phyllis MacKay

Marion Phyllis MacKay 90, Union Square, Lunenburg County, passed away January 20, 2011 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Nictaux Falls, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Dugas) Schofield. She is survived by sister, Margaret Bent, Chemainus, BC; brother, David (Christine) Schofield, Woodstock, Ont; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Laurie; sisters, Frances and Pearl; brothers, Douglas and Walter. Funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday January 25 in Mt Calvary Lutheran Church, Upper Northfield, Rev William Gustafson officiating. Private family burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery, Upper Northfield. There will be no visitation in the funeral home by request. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Shaid Animal Shelter or Mt Calvary Lutheran Church.
