Gilles Emile Richard 87, Pleasantville, Lunenburg County, passed away, Wednesday, March 28, 2007 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Trois Riviere, Quebec, he was a son of the late Georges and Juliette (LaFrance) Richard. Prior to retirement, Gilles was a professional photographer. He was a veteran of the Second World War, having served on the east coast. Surviving are his wife, Thérèse Caron; daughters, Marie-France Richard, Quebec; Anne Richard, Montreal; sons, François, Montreal; Pierre, Halifax; Guy (Beverley), Paradise, NL.; Luc, Ont.; Alain, Pleasantville; grandchildren, Daphne Sincenne, Marc Richard, Luke Richard, Ivan Richard. Visitation today (Friday) 7 – 9 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral mass 11 a.m., Saturday, in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Bridgewater. Msgr. Rev.
