Obituary of Carl Edward Wentzell

Carl Edward Wentzell 86, of Bridgewater passed away at home on July 12, 2011. Born in Clearland, he was a son of the late Owen and Maude (Scnare) Wentzell. He was an honorary member of the Bridgewater Fire Department. He is survived by his son, Kevin (Margo); grandchildren, Luke (Reena) and Kate; sister, Verna (Hubley); sister and brother in laws, Greta and Bill Gatchell (Truro); Virginna and Bob Murray (Moncton) He was predeceased by his wife, Madeline (Hubley); brothers, Clyde, Moyle, Roy, Carl, Elmer, Ralph, Ross, Lloyd; sister, Elsie (Farquhar). Visitation will be Sunday July 17 from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Memorial service will be held 11am Monday July 18 in St Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bridgewater, Rev Willis Ott officiating. Private family burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater.
