Obituary of James Bissett Young

James Bissett Young Of Bridgewater, passed away peacefully at Ryan Hall on September 8, 2011. Born in Coatbridge Scotland, Jim will now be reunited with his wife, Jean who passed away in July, 2008. Jim was a member of the Queen’s Merchant Navy and enjoyed subsequent careers with the Iron Ore Company of Canada in Labrador and Michelin Tire in Bridgewater from where he retired. He is a past member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 24 and the Bridgewater Kinsmen Club. Jim will be missed by his sons Jim and Sean (Aleah Gustafson), daughter Janice Marlin (Kevin) and grandchildren Adam (Cathy), Melanie (Marc Tellez) and Trevor Tamko. There will be no visitation and a private family burial will take place in the future.
