Obituary of Marion Louise Acker

Marion Louise Acker 76, Springfield, Annapolis Co., passed away on Friday, November 2, 2012 in the Q.E. II Hospital, Infirmary Site, Halifax. Born in Sable River, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Ruby (Corkum) Harlow. Surviving are daughter, Trudy Covey, Windsor; son in law, Danny Covey, Yarmouth; sons, Dwayne Acker (Jessica Chambers), Springfield; Kendall Acker, B.C.; brother, Edgar (Beatrice) Harlow, Kelowna, B.C.; grandchildren, Amy and Adam Covey, Serenity and Lauren Acker; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Lester Eugene Acker; brothers, Ralph Harlow, Ellis Harlow. Visitation, 7-9 Monday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany. Funeral 11 a.m., Tuesday in Springfield Baptist Church, Springfield. Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
