Obituary of Berlie Grace Corkum

Berlie Grace Corkum 78, of Bridgewater passed away April 10, 2012 at the Harbour View Haven, Home for Special Care, Lunenburg. Born in Lunenburg, she was the daughter of the late Harris and Marie (Burke) Demone. She is survived by sons, Randy, Crousetown; Richard, Bridgewater; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; half brothers, Roger Demone, Oakhill; Raymond Demone, Lower Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; son, Robert Jr.; daughter, Christine Hirtle and grandson, Jamie Hirtle. Cremation has taken place and there will be no flowers or visitation by request. A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Nova Scotia Kidney Foundation.
