Obituary of Margaret Currie Myles Hiltz

Margaret Currie Myles Hiltz 87, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012 at home. Born in Airdrie, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret (Mowatt) McAleese. Surviving are daughters, Margaret “Rita” (Kenneth) Seaboyer, New Ross; Maureen Hiltz, Toni Hiltz, both of Halifax; sons, Richard (Judy) Hiltz, New Ross; Terry, Bridgewater; sister, Jenny Weir-Ross, Australia; grandchildren, Dan Gates, Kentville; Karen Young, Vancouver; Rhonda Hiltz, Dartmouth; Simon Rafuse, Halifax; Clay Greek, Bridgewater; great grandchildren, Matthew and Hanna Gates, Windsor; Shelby and Hayley Hiltz, Michael (Dean) Jones, Dartmouth; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Dean Hiltz; a daughter, Darlene in infancy; sisters, Agnes, Bridget, Marion, Jane and Nana; brothers, Daniel, David, Jim and Joe. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Service 11 a.m., Monday, July 16 in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Rev. Ivan Norton officiating.
