Dear family of Earl Langille. I have many memories of your father. I first met your father in 1972 when working for the NS Museum. He came to visit me in the studio section of the museum where l worked as a designer and then the coordinator of temporary and travelling exhibitions. I was frequently at the Desbrisay museum in the regular position l held through the NS Museum. He became quite influential in my life later when my husband was applying for a teaching position in the Lunenburg County area
I went to see him in the office when l realised my husbands General application for a teaching position had not been pulled for an interview. Even though applicants had been interviewed your dad was influential and called the principal at the time to interview one more candidate, my husband Alex Gunn . That was in 1976. ALex was the successful candidate. So the many happy years we have been in Lunenburg County l attribute to your father. The last time l saw your father was perhaps in 2014 when we sat with him at Christmas dinner at a community dinner at Parkview Education Center.
