Debbie and family, your Mark was an such a great guy always smiling, one of my many memories of Mark is he out the lawn with his poop scoop. I saw him out there a lot from the window at bargain Bob's, he even smiled when he was doing that or the few times that I saw him in the liquor store he'd say Jody!! What are you doing in here!!? I would explained myself and we'd have a laugh... I wish I had the words that could fill that empty space in your heart but I do send you love and prayers.

Deb and family, my deepest sympathies to you. I met Mark almost 4 years ago and am proud to have called him my friend, in fact my very 1st friend that I made after moving to NS. He was a golfing buddy and a work buddy. We had great laughs at each other and with each other. He has that way about him, that as soon as you meet him you are drawn to him and are compelled to want to get to know him. He is one of those really good guys and will leave me with lasting memories. He put up a courageous fight, one that many would have given up long ago. I will miss my 'brother from another mother'.

I was so excited for our work paths to cross again and we could be partners in crime again but I know he is in a better place now. I will miss him dearly.
