Obituary of Larry Victor Lunn

LUNN, Larry Victor – It is with great sadness, that we announce the sudden passing of Larry Victor Lunn, age 76, of Hebbville, Lunenburg Co., on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at home. Born January 25, 1942 in Dartmouth, he was a son of the late Victor and Freda (Dill) Lunn formerly of Hebbville.

Larry worked for the former Acadia Construction most of his hard working life. Later he owned and operated his own small excavation business, until his retirement. He enjoyed time spent with family doing small jobs, Sunday drives and maintaining a perfect property.

Surviving are his loving wife of 55 years, Barbara Louise (Seamone) Lunn; daughter, Kim Lunn (Elizabeth), Newfoundland; sons, Stephen (Ann Marie Selig), Hebbville; Mike (Debbie), Conquerall Mills; grandchildren, Alyssa and Morgan Lunn, Garrett and Layney Hanley-Lunn; sister, Gail (David) Hiltz, Dartmouth; nieces, Dawnica Hiltz, Dartmouth; Vickie (Mark) Hiltz, Toronto; nephew, Shawn (Greg) Hiltz, Hong Kong and many other nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Brenda (David) Hopkins; brother-in-law, John (Evelyn) Seamone.

Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, March 7^th in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater. A family interment will take place at a later date in Hebbville Cemetery. The family request no flowers please. If you wish to honour Larry’s memory, donations may be made to the IWK Hospital, South Shore Regional Hospital or charity of choice.
