Bill, Cindy and Family,
I wanted to share my sympathy on the passing of Marilyn. I have many fond memories from my teenage and early adult years of sharing stories and chit chat with Cindy and her Mom shared around the kitchen table and in the living room of your house in Cookville. It still gives me a warm fuzzy and makes me smile. She will be missed. I wish I could be there in person to share my condolences but do know I am thinking of you and sending hugs.

To My Cousin Bill,
Bill, thank you so much for the phone call letting me know of the passing of Marilyn. Although I have been gone from Nova Scotia for 43 years, I always felt close to you Bill & Marilyn. I was so thankful that you would come to Windsor for my mother's (Aunt Eileen) birthdays. Marilyn was such a sweet, kind lady to all of the DeMone clan. I was not very old when I first met Marilyn at Nana DeMone's house in Bridgewater. I think the two of you were just starting to date. I remember the sparkle she had in her eyes. Bill, you definitely found a gem of a lady! Bill, Cindy, Kelsey, Zachary & Maxxim hold onto all your fond memories, they will get you thru this difficult & future times.

Bill,
My sincere condolences on Marilyn's passing. My first memories of Marilyn were when I started Junior High at Hebbville (many years back now). She was the glue that held everything together, was efficient in her work and on top of everything. But one of the attributes for which I will forever remember her, was her personality, her smile, her joy of life... coupled with the devilish grin, the twinkle in her eye -- and her hearty laughter. She will be greatly missed.
Regards,
Judi Croft

To: Bill, Cindy, Kathy, Vivian, Sherry and families
We are so very saddened to learn of Marilyn’s sudden passing. We’ve known Marilyn for sixty plus years, and this news is very difficult to accept. We know her as being a very kind and gentle lady and always ready with a smile and chat, and will be missed by a wide circle of family and friends. We also know you all have so many good memories to reflect on in the future, and in so doing, you will always remember her and keep her close in your hearts forever. She is just too special to forget! Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you, and regret we are unable to be present at her visitation or funeral, as Ozzie is presently in Halifax hospital where he underwent open-heart surgery this week to replace the aortic valve, and is recuperating well.
Blessings to all,
Joyce & Ozzie
