Obituary of John Alexander Selig

SELIG, John Alexander Sr. – Age 72, of Bridgwater, passed away at home on February 14, 2019. Born in Bridgewater on March 29, 1946, he was a son of the late Louis and Gladys Selig.

John is survived by his loving wife, Melvina Hynick; daughters, Trena, Blockhouse and Tammy, Bridgewater; son, John Jr., Bridgewater; sisters, Charlotte, Calgary; Audrey, Bridgewater; Kitty, Camperdown; Debbie (John Beck), Auburndale; Janice, Bridgewater; Jeannette Dorey; brothers, Chummy (Sandra), Bridgewater; Arnie (Joyce), New Canada; Dougie, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Nicole, Nicholas, Cheryl-Leigh, Jaden; great grandchild, Aurora.

John was predeceased by sisters, Edith, Harriot, Ruth; brothers, Jimmy, Lauraine “Wayne”.

By request of the family there will be no visitation or funeral services. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
