It is never easy losing a loved one, friend or colleague. Ron's life-long career as a land surveyor touched the lives of many and his work lives on in the documentation of property ownership. His name and work will outlive us all. The Association of Nova Scotia Land Surveyors extend deepest sympathies to all who knew and loved Ron.

Mona and family- the Brebner family (Mike, Margot, Dan and Rebecca) send our sincere condolences to you all on the passing of Ron.
We spent many wonderful times with Ron, Mona, Kurt and Jake over the last 30 or 40 years and were honored that we and the extended Lathrop family were able to visit and camp on West Ironbound almost yearly.

Sorry to learn of Ron's passing. We had many happy times together on Ironbound Island, and at home Condolences to Mona, Greg, Larry, Kurt and their large extended families. We were happy to visit with Mona and Ron in May. Ron was lamenting about losing his driver's license, and Mona had just celebrated her 90th. Then they were off to Bell's. Ron, you had a good life, many thanks to Mona. Good Bye friend.

My sincere condolonces to all the family.
I joined the Air Force about the same time
as Ron and have a lot of good memories
of him. We lived together in Montreal for
a few months while taking courses at
Montreal University.
The last time I saw him we were camping at the Ovens
He was living in Riverport and he took my wife out
to his island.I think it was called Ironbound.
Dont remember the yearas I am now 96.
I am thinking of you as you go through this troubling time.
