I have many fond memories of visiting the Haines farm with my family, the Sturk's. My mother was a double cousin to Clinton & his brothers & sister, so it made for an even more special connection. I remember Clinton's love of animals, especially his team of horses, Clysdales I believe. As he made many trips to the Valley, he would sometimes stop for a quick visit. As someone else mentioned, he always had a smile and was a gentle soul. Forever in our hearts!

To all of Clinton's family and friends - I have wonderful memories of coming with Dad to visit to see the horses and I will never forget the smell of leather from my earliest childhood. I loved seeing him over the past few years as well at the Christmas Fair in New Ross. He was a wonderful man, and will be missed. Thinking of you all at this sad time. From Amy Rafuse and Tim Keddy.

I have many fond memories of Clinton and his brother Stanley at their farm on the Haines Road where my grandfather had bought a retirement farm in the early 1950s. Stanley was the same age as me and we played together on the farm were Clinton taught me to shoot a .22 and how to milk a cow. I will alway remember the Sunday horse and buggy rides to church with the Haines family. My brother Brian and I send our deepest condolences. We last saw Clinton about two years ago when we visited the area on a nostalgic outing to our grandparent's old house. Clinton lived just next door. Brian and I just lost our brother David cancer two weeks ago, so we know only too well the loss you are feeling, but memories of Clinton will remain alive for years to come.
