Our sincerest condolences to the family of Raymond Wade. We had gotten to know Raymond more as a neighbor over the last 12yrs or so. We were at the canadian tire service setting room, and made conversation when we first met Raymond. We felt like fairly close neighbours since then. We often ran into each other at noon at Wendys for lunch. He made known ,how much he missed his dear wife, and life wasn’t the same without her. He will be missed by many friends and dear family.—
Sincerely, Clark and Dale Falkenham

I met Ray over 4 years ago at Wendy’s and have talked with him daily ever since. He truly did miss his wife and was experiencing another grief on the loss of his son. I used to give him heck because he always fed the seagulls fries. I told him he’d have to pay to have my car washed. Unfortunately I hadn’t seen him since just before Christmas. I just can’t believe how quickly all this happened! He’s in a good place now with no pain or sorrow. Rest In Peace Ray. …Wendy Alaffe

Sending my condolences to my cousins. I can only imagine how difficult it is to lose Uncle Raymond. I am comforted to know he is with Aunt Maureen again and by the many memories of times spent with them both when I was a child. Hugs to you all. Jennifer

Met Ray at the Irving station on North St. The sweetest person could ever meet. Talked a lot of his wife, and her passing. We shared a lot as I lost my husband. I believed we helped each other and I will miss him dearly with his jokes, kind jesters and his laughter. Ray your at peace now and with your wife that you truly missed. RIP Always in my heart Hugs

Sorry to hear about the passing of an old friend. We had many a laugh at Ray’s fishing camp or when he and I rolled a Choat’s truck by accident down Citadel hill, made the TV news and laughed all the way to the Hospital in the old VG ambulance. I will always cherish the memories. Rest In Peace my friend
