Gilbert was one of my best childhood friends for many years, his family lived next door to us. He and I went to Sea Cadet camp together, did lots of fishing spending nights sleeping on the ground. He went to sea and I moved away for my work so we only crossed paths a few times after. Lots of fond memory’s for sure. My best to the family.
