We are very sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing . He used to come visit and sit under the trees with Leroy and watch the traffic go by on the highway . There was always something different to look at and the two of them loved to see anything interesting going by while we chatted and had tea and a lunch. One of a kind , he will be missed , with the consolation that he and Susan are together again .

Jimmy was a wonderful friend. Always loved a chat and a good laugh. My daughters called him Uncle Jimmy because that is how he loved them knowing him. I’ve known him for many years and his friendship always remained constant. Thank you for all the laughs, stories and jokes Uncle Jimmy. May you be at peace and in the arms of Susan once again.

To Dawn, Jamie and family,
We send our sincerest condolences on your loss. Jimmy was one of a kind. He never ever passed us by without stopping for a chat, and generally left us laughing about some joke he told us. Jimmy was a good man, who lived a good life. Susan would have been there to greet him in Heaven and they are now together again. Rest easy my friend. May many treasured memories bring you comfort in the days and months to come.
Sincerely
Heather Wagner-Brine and family

IT WAS WITH GREAT SADNESS TO READ THIS. JIMMY AND I MET A LONG TIME AGO HE LOVE TO JOKE AROUND WHOEVER HE KNEW AND WITH ME HE WOULD LOVE TO CARRY ON WITH ME OR IF I HAD A PROBLEM IN LIFE HE ALWAYS HAD THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY PROBLEMS WHEATHER IT WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE OR VERY COMPLEX. WHEN I WAS WORKING OR WHEREVER I SAW HIM I WOULD ALWAYS GRAB HIM BY THE BEARD AND GIVE A LITTLE TUG WHEN I DID IT.
YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY ME AND OTHERS WHO KNOW YOU BUT YOU HAVE A PLACE IN MY HEART .
I'M NOT GOING TO SAY GOODBYE , I'M GOING TO SAY I WILL SEE YOU LATER MY FRIEND.
LOVE YA BUDDY

Jimmy’s family: So sorry for your family’s loss. We have known Jimmy for many years. My husband Jimmy worked with him at South Shore Ready Mix years ago. In the last few years we would see him at the odd car show that we attended with our old car. Always a big smile and a story to tell. Sending our sympathies to you all, take comfort that he and Susan are together again.

I have known Jimmy for many years through car shows I always stopped for a chat. Over the past 3 years I have got to know him a lot better, going up for a visit, hanging out in his garage and having a few laughs. He was a very kind and caring man, he loved to show you what he is collecting which is a bit of everything he is so proud of what he collected over the years. I loved listing to his old stories from the past, from child hood, to his younger years, he was a character to say the least. He was full of life. And of course as car guys we talked about cars and the stories of burning rubber and going fast, I will dearly miss my visits with you but you are at peace now, no more pain and you are with the love of your life, Susan, once again. The one thing he said every time I visited him in the hospital was how he missed visiting Susan at her resting place every day, not about his pain but how he missed her. So my old buddy, its not good bye but see you later.

I have so many fond memories of Jimmy, from him undercoating my vehicles, he and I going to the old bridgewater tavern for lunch, and many many bbqs and feasts at his and Susan’s place as well as at our place. He always told the story of how he knew me since I was in my mothers stomach. He was a dear friend to our family for about 55 years and used to work with my dad at SSRM. You will be missed but never forgotten. RIP my dear friend xo
