My deepest sympathies go to Dwight and family. Your mother was such an important part of my grandmother's (Kay Hulme) life. She was more than a neighbour - she was a dear friend. I can remember the two of them laughing together as Ethel rolled grandma's hair or helped in the garden. I also have fond memories of baking gingerbread men with Ethel as a little girl. She was truly a special person.
Have known Ethel for a long long time. She was a sweet gracious lady with a very kind demeaner. Lester and Ethel were close friends with my grandfather and mother for years. For a number of years Sue got her flowers and garden transplants from Ethel who always seemed to throw in a few extras.
We will miss her in many ways. A beautiful lady.
Anzil and Sue.
We have many fond memories of Ethel through our 4H connection. She was a kind and thoughtful person, as well as a knowledgeable and devoted leader. She generously shared her talent with 4H members with helped enhance a love for gardening in many young people. We extend our sincere condolences to her family.

We are so sorry to hear of Ethel's passing. She was a nice lady and helpful neighbour to our family. Gary enjoyed his Saturday mornings watching TV at her home and has many memories of his school days when she was his teacher.
