My deepest condolences to the family. I first worked with Lisa back in 2005 at the rehab center. She was an excellent nurse, compassionate, dedicated to her patients and so much fun to work with (she would bring her magic 8 ball to team meetings and we would jokingly use it to make decisions). Lisa had a huge heart, and made a significant impact on so many of her patients’ lives. She was also one of the first nurses who I worked with who demonstrated true collaborative care with the whole team. I haven’t worked with Lisa in a few years now, but I will always remember her fondly. I know she will be missed by many. My prayers and thoughts are with her family, especially Ella and Connor who were whole world.
